Summary0001891: [Smar3][UI542] Sometimes video resolution is set to 720P when waking up in passive standby mode
DescriptionHi Jason

When wakup in passive standby mode, Sometimes video resolution is set to 720P
The reason is that sometimes the STB cannot read the edid of the TV normally

This issue does not always happen.
